Starting in 2024, KIDS Initiative is partnering with the Umbrella Women Community at Nakuru Fountain to develop the Women’s Entrepreneurial Goat Project. The goal is for goat milk production and goat sales to allow for this women’s group to become fully sustainable. We will look to support this project through three phases over three years. Modelled after the success of the Borokwony Chicken Project, the Women’s Entrepreneurial Goat Project will help ensure that the Nakuru Fountain community has access to a sustainable form of income while empowering women through training and skill development.
