This tool is a screening tool to help both potential program/project applicants and KIDS Initiative understand our potential to work together toward common goals. Responses are meant to be clear and concise to help us both understand if we can move to the next steps which will include a more detailed questionnaire and expectation of project/program details. In answering the tool, please provide high level bullet points and be succinct to help us in our screening.
These criteria apply to situations where KIDS Initiative will apply for project funding in partnership with an organization. Funders will not accept proposals from a third party if we are only providing the funding and no concrete expertise or support.
This does not preclude KIDS from choosing to make a donation; this screening tool is for projects that we will work on and require funding from an outside source.
